A Patient Comments...

" I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you and let you know that my race was awesome! The weather held out and I achieved my personal best, well, I actually did better than my goal. I wanted to finish in 2 hours and I ended up finishing in 1:56 (8:53 pace), 15th out of 117 in my age bracket. I shaved 10 minutes off my previous half marathon times. I don't think I stopped giggling and smiling all day! heehee.

I'm so glad I asked you about my shins that day I was in your office. I'd been told by a few friends that shin splints can't be treated and that the only thing you can do is stay off them and ice them. So finding out that they could be treated was a relief. Since we started the Graston (sp?) treatment I progressively felt less and less pain in my shins and much to my surprise I ran my race completely pain free in my shins and my glut. Ryan, I can't thank you enough."
